City of Delta’s Bill Heddles Recreation Center

Located in Confluence Park in Delta is the Bill Heddles Recreation Center. Open to the public in Delta, Colorado, the Bill Heddles Recreation Center is the center for fitness in Delta. From fitness classes and activities supporting the needs of senior citizens to exercise equipment, make the Bill Heddles Recreation Center a part of your families activity schedule.
Hours of Operation:
|Monday-Thursday||5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pool opens at 6:00 a.m.|
|Friday||5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pool opens at 6:00 a.m.|
|Saturday||8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.|
|Sunday||9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pool opens at noon.|
Please Note: the Aquatics area closes 30 minutes prior to the rest of the facility every day.
Bill Heddles Recreation Center Activity Update:
Family Nights at the Bill Heddle’s Recreation Center –The best deal around on Saturday Evenings from 5:00pm-7:30pm. Cost is only $12/family which is for 2 Adults and 4 kids from the same household. So come down and enjoy our new Warm Water Wellness Pool, Tot Pool, Main Pool or enjoy playing in the Basketball Courts. Any questions please contact the Recreation center front Desk at 874-0923
Tae Kwon Do:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 pm, Drop-in or Register by the month.
Healthy Body, Strong Bones:
Adult Fitness Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 9 am until 10 am.
On Wednesdays from 5 pm until 6:15 pm, Drop-in fee.
Tai Chi/Qigong For Health and Longevity:
On Mondays at 7 pm, Drop-in fee.
Personal Training Sessions:
Register now for Personal Training Sessions at the Bill Heddles Recreation Center with one of our six certified trainers. Individual Sessions or 4 one-hour sessions for $100.

SilverSneakers Fitness Program:
SilverSneaker “Classic” every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 10:45 am. Have fun and move to the music! Stand or sit while alternating hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball to non-impact aerobic choreography. The program is designed to increase: muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
Senior Circuit Class:
This class is done in the weight room. Format includes use of weight machine with intervals of upper/lower body strengthen and flexibility exercises all done to great musical selections.
Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9- 10:15 am
Tuesday: 2- 3 pm.
